Individual Therapy for the parts of life that don't fit neatly into a box.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes you simply know something isn't working anymore.

Maybe you feel stuck in patterns you understand but can't seem to change. Maybe you're exhausted from being the dependable one. Maybe a relationship, career shift, health change, move, or new season of life has left you feeling less grounded than usual. Or maybe you're doing everything you're supposed to be doing and still don't quite feel like yourself.

Individual therapy gives you a dedicated space to slow down, understand what is happening underneath the surface, and decide what you want to do differently.

You might be here because...

  • You're navigating a major life transition or identity shift.
  • You keep repeating relationship patterns you want to understand or change.
  • People-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-criticism are exhausting you.
  • You're burned out from carrying too much for too long.
  • Your confidence or sense of self has taken a hit.
  • You're adjusting to chronic illness, health changes, or a future that looks different than expected.
  • Nothing is dramatically "wrong," but you know you don't want to keep feeling this way.

What we'll work on:

Our work is about more than managing symptoms. We'll look at the patterns, experiences, beliefs, and relationships that have shaped how you move through the world now. Together, we'll make connections between past and present, identify what is keeping you stuck, and build ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are today.
That might mean learning to set boundaries without drowning in guilt, trusting yourself more, making space for your own needs, tolerating uncertainty, communicating differently, or letting go of patterns that once protected you but now keep you small.

Therapy that works in real life

Insight can be powerful, but insight alone doesn't always create change. I want you to leave therapy with a clearer understanding of yourself and with tools you can actually use in your relationships, decisions, routines, and everyday life.

The goal isn't to become a completely different person. It's to feel more grounded in who you are, make peace with where you've been, and feel more confident in how you move forward.
